Ashland police are seeking a pair of subjects who stole a car and crashed into a porch following a high-speed chase.

According to Ashland Police Chief John Paitl, the vehicle was stolen Tuesday from an unlocked garage on Junction Road. Paitl said an officer on patrol saw the vehicle operating without lights and when he approached it, it took off at a high rate of speed.
